Our Ashford product travels all over Australia and between New Zealand and Australia using the Australia Post Service.

Postage costs?
Our Ashford product travels all over Australia using the Australia Post Service. Postage and handling charges are calculated in accordance with the total cost of goods purchased:

MINIMUM POSTAGE $10 for orders under $100 
FREE SHIPPING for orders over $100

When will my order be processed?
All orders are processed Monday - Friday. You will receive a notification that your order has been processed and also another notification with tracking details as soon as your order has been fulfilled. We love keeping you up to date so if you have an item on back order we will be in touch with updates regarding this also.

Stock availability?
We can supply the full range of Ashford Products for you. We ship stock from Canberra and also directly from the Ashford factory in New Zealand. Should you happen to order an item that is out of stock you will be notified within 24hours (excluding weekends) with the expected stock availability dates.

When will my parcel arrive?
Orders are packed and shipped Monday, Wednesday and Fridays. Expected delivery times can vary between 7-10 days as our goods travel Australia wide and also between New Zealand and Australia.
As soon as your order has been fulfilled you will receive a tracking number, you can follow the progress of your parcel by clicking on the tracking information. Any concerns with your order please don't hesitate to contact us and we can assist you.

International orders?

Damaged goods?
Damage or loss in transit is rare however if it happens we will take responsibility for it. Please call us to organise the return of damaged goods or to report that a parcel has not yet arrived. Please do this as soon as you identify there is a problem.
